Benigno is a Houston native and Texas attorney whose practice focuses on entertainment, intellectual property, and business matters for musicians, creatives, and small businesses. He helps clients protect their work, navigate contracts, and build sustainable brands.

Benigno brings a practical, business-minded approach to legal counseling, with experience before the U.S. Trademark and Copyright Offices and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. His work includes entertainment contract negotiations, intellectual property disputes, business formation, and risk management.

While at the University of Houston Law Center, Benigno was a member of the Entertainment Law Clinic, where he helped clients across the creative industries, including assisting a Houston-based artist in securing a copyright settlement involving Warner Bros. Discovery and TLC.

In his free time, Benigno is an active musician and band member, performing live shows and private events. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and remains closely connected to the creative community.
